The rates outlined below are our standard rates. While our rates are quite competitive, we realize that your project may present unique needs and circumstances that require either a reduction or an increase to our base rate. 

We are more than happy to negotiate these rates for your project. Please note that we also accept jobs for a flat, predetermined rate worked out between ourselves and our client in advance. We will also compile a bid upon request.
